Thank you for reply, do you also happen to have or have dealt with 90cm silicone Abby? Or the silicone version of Shiori? How much more of a hassle is the tpe in your experience to the silicone? I hear it can get mold, should avoid shower and bath, can get stains from clothes and shouldn’t be layed on or leaned against hard surfaces otherwise the body of tpe will deform? Also harder to find makeup for tpe? Which do you prefer?

With tpe it is much simpler but the makeup has to be practically retouched every time you use the doll because it is mostly powders that are absorbed by the porosity and oiliness of the tpe.

As for the flattening of the tpe due to poor posture (like leaving dolls sitting for a long time), that's another true thing. I solved it by putting memory foam pillows under their bottoms. Last thing: the makeup. On silicone it is very difficult to redo the make-up, you need specific colors and you must have a good hand in making it so as not to mess it up.
